YOGA

An ancestral discipline originating from India, yoga is a method combining postures and breathing exercises, practiced in a synchronized way, relaxation and meditation. Thanks to a complete and coherent approach, yoga acts on the different facets of the human being – physical, psychological, philosophical – and thus makes it possible to maintain one’s health, develop one’s personal resources, and reach a state of emotional and mental calm.
