The Institut de YogaThérapie was founded in 1993. It is directed by Lionel Coudron, doctor and yoga teacher.
For more than 25 years, the Institut de YogaThérapie has been developing and defending a certain idea of mental and physical health by informing health actors and the general public of the benefits of yogatherapy.
The Institut de YogaThérapie also trains yoga teachers and health professionals to become yogatherapists during a two-year training program. This programme combines the traditional, age-old experience of yoga with modern, up-to-date knowledge of science and technology.
On the Institut de YogaThérapie website, you will find all the necessary information to learn more about yogatherapy and its applications, as well as all the information relating to the yogatherapist training program. You will also find on this website a list of yogatherapists near you, who will be able to help you progress on the path of self-knowledge and to set up your own resources in a secure environment.
Presentation of the yogatherapists' theses
At the end of their training program, the future yogatherapists come to defend a thesis in front of a jury and former IDYT students.
Beginning of the e-learning training in June
